Changing external hard drives

  Windows Live backup won't go to the external HD that I have plugged in.  It keeps looking for a Seagate that I had used and replaced with a Western Digital.  I see the setting for Seagate but can't seem to figure out how to change it to the new drive.  I read a comment that I tried to follow but I don't have the "Change Settings" in the lower left corner. I went to Open One Care / Click Change Settings/ Backup / now I don't have the next step to follow. All I see is "configure back up"  but nothing in the bottom left corner.  I have Vista - does that change things.  How do I uninstall the old HD and get in the new?
