  • hi,
     
    changed the size of a field of 50 to 30 put in the database has not changed.
    changes in crm, only in the database that not

     

     

    Why?

  • For reference, the behaviour you see is by design. If CRM changed the database field length the SQL table storage structure would have to be rebuilt, which can take a lot of time (and lock the SQL table). Instead, if you reduce the field size, CRM only limits the maximum lenght you can enter in the CRM form, and does not change anything in SQL

  • Not very sure what are you talking.

    But if you want to chagne the attribute length, you may want to edit attribute table or sitemap, then publish it in CRM.
