Having trouble finding where to post my issue..

Question
-
Hello,
I'm trying to find the appropriate forum to post an issue I'm having with my Surface Pro 3. It turns off randomly while idle, in use, or during updates. Bitlocker is also unusable now for some reason. Can someone please point me in the right direction?
Thank you,
Tykez

You can try the Windows 10 / 8.1 forums here.
or possibly;
https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/home?category=surface
or for hardware support here.
