    Hi all,

    From what I can tell from a test Talent environment, there is no way to actually do any kind development. It is possible to extend values in lists via data changes, but that looks like the limit of configurability.

    I have a couple questions around this:

    1. Can you create and apply plugins or workflows with Talent: HR (or Attract/Onboard)?
    2. Can you access Talent via an SDK or API? (i.e. can we accept Attract job applications and schedule interviews via a custom built web portal)?
    3. Can you configure anything in Talent or is it just a non-configurable application designed to be used as-is?
