Option set not collapsing for first time only after value selected in CRM 2013

  Hi,

  I am facing one wierd issue in CRM 2013 On-premise environment with Option set. There is an option set with some set of values. Whenever I open an existing record and try to select the value in the option set for the first time, the option set is not collapsing. But, if I select a value second time onwards, the option set is collapsing as expected. There are no events attached to this option set.

  But, option set is not collpasing when you select the value first time. It will work fine only after selecting value second time onwards only.

  Can anyone kindly provide your views on this?

  Is this a known bug in CRM 2013?

  Kindly provide fix if possible.
