Office 365 to CRM Dynamics access RRS feed

  • Hello.

    We are trailing Dynamics CRM using our Office 365 accounts.

    We can only add users to the CRM enabled users if they are made Office 365 Global Administrators. As soon as we remove their Global admin rights from Office 365 they get a Notification from Dynamics that their account has been disabled. 

    Can any one help?

    Please open case to Microsoft CRM support team.

    1.Login https://portal.microsoftonline.com

    2.Go to Support->Service Requests->New request , then they will help you on this issue.

  • Hi Wilson,

    I have raised this with the MS CRM support team as you described but it has been nearly a day since I opened the request. We are turning our old CRM off in 3 days and we need our users trained. Will it work better if we purchase the licences rather than using this on trial?

    Trial version is same as non trial on the CRM function normally. So I don't think it will be better. As you have submit case, they will work with you soon:)
