    Hi all,

           Can anybody tell me ,"How to add RichTextBox" in CRM2011???

    Hi Payman Biukaghazadeh,

              I tried First  as well as second option too but I came up with the following problems.

    First one is giving me Entire Email Body(Including all other stuffs with RichTextBox)

    And Second one is not able to show RichTextBox instead of TextArea....!!

          What exactly to do??? Please guide me ASAP.
