I need help for my pc. My laptop crashed for two days ago, Renstalled everything but now I can't update my netframework from 1,1 to v3 and I can't update my windows xp Media center edition. Hope someone can help me.

Please rerun the mgadiag utility that generated the report you posted.
On the Windows tab, in the lower left note that the "Resolve" button should be available. If so, please click on it and let it do its thing--the utility has been programmed to correct many of the underlying problems that can cause the "Cryptographic Errors" message. Follow any instructions that may be presented.
When it is done, restart the computer and retry your validation at this link: http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/rd.aspx?downloads/Validate.aspx?displaylang=en&sGuid=a15edcea-7bec-4bcc-be8c-2d9863c12291
