Where do I find out why Deep Zoom Composer won't open? RRS feed

    Deep Zoom Composer has been working fine on my computer for quite some time.  Now, suddenly, it will not open.  When I try to open it the initial red title window opens up....then it disappears and a new window opens that says:

    "Deep Zoom Composer has stopped working.  A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.  Windows will close the program and notify you is a solution is available."

    I have tried to uninstall Deep Zoom and reinstall it to no avail.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated
