Upgrade path to MCSE from MCSA 2003

Hi All,

I might be asking a repeated question here, my apologies. But i do need guidance.

I have done MCSA 2003: Messaging. I wish to complete MCSE now. As per my research i found out that i need to complete all 5 exams to earn MCSE 2012.

Is there an upgrade path from MCSA 2003 wherein i can have few certification on Windows server 2008 and then upgrade to MCSE 2012? or what could be the best and straight forward upgrade path. Kindly suggest.

I was thinking to have certification in windows 2008 and windows 2012 both.
