I have implemented OCS and everything works except the Tanjay's
I cannot dial out it says "Call Denied Format of number unsuccessfully check normalization rules"
Do I have to create specific rules for these devices?

Can you provide more details:
What Norm. rules you have currently?
What number you dialing from Tanjay? 1234; 5551234; 1235551234 etc.

Unfortunately the dialing rules for the "Phone" devices can be a pain in the butt if you need to support PBX integration (such as 5 digit dialing). Check out the site below for more information. Good Luck

These phones need the + in front of them. Closer inspection of the rules resolved this.

The Tanjays do not like the Quick Dial ticked either this prevented the phones from picking up the rule
