Need to Supress Scheduling Alerts RRS feed

  • Since we have had our Dynamics CRM (Online) upgraded to 2013 every time one of our sales people tries to complete a record it says that they are not available at that time. They have the option to ignore and save which works ok but to stop constant queries and "error box complacency" I would like to stop this coming up - Our system is used by a telesales function so it is acceptable that they have multiple overlapping calls.

    Is there a way to turn this off? I have found some reference to setting bUseEngine to False but I am not entirely sure how to use this. Would it just go into a Jscript function and if so would bUseEngine = False; be all that is required?

    (I have some Javascript experience in Dynamics but mostly just calculating fields and checking for values rather than changing form settings.)
