I need some Books to learn........so plz reply some link to download free books, that is latest books of .Net with C# for Visual studio 2010......and also plz mention some links to download the free books for microsoft certification for basics

then you should have a look at the following site for the MCDP certifications -
http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/certification/mcpd.aspx#tab2
MCITP exams normally have no programming development parts like the MCPD exams. It is mostly concentrated on technologies like Windows Server or SQL Server.
An exam especially for C# doesn't exist (it's technology-based). Normally you can choose between C# or VB before starting the exam. So you have to choose a technology which you are familiar with and have practical experience with.
