Everytime I attempt to install a new version of Once Care on my daughter's computer (she purchased her own copy of One Care) I get an error message with the following:

Ray, try resetting the Internet Explorer settings to default. In IE, this is under Tools, Internet Options, Advanced.
If that doesn't resolve it, please contact support for help.

Excellent, thanks for confirming. It appeared to be a script error of some sort, perhaps caused by a setting in IE that was out of whack.
