A moderator needs the right of deleting a number of spams and the spam maker.

This forum now is filled by a large amount of spams (more than 100). But as a moderator, I can do nothing except delete them one by one. This unefficient way will make apparent waste of time. Is there any way that I can delete all of them at one time?
It is also necessary to do some punishment to this spam maker. A moderator should also have the right to do so.

I usually just send an email with user activity link to fissues [at] microsoft [dot] com and they will do the ban/delete.
