Googled MCSE clicked on the first official link and I got:

Same thing when I click on the link from here http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/bb291022.aspx

Hi,

I have simular issues with all training and certification pages from MS in IE 11 myself. I do not know yet what is casuing this. In Google Chrome they all seem to work.
