CRM Workflow - Send Email include notes from Custom Entity RRS feed

    I have a workflow in CRM 4.0 that sends an email when a specific new custom entity is created.  In the email that is created by the workflow, I have fields from the custom entity and related entities (owner, account, etc).  but I don't see notes.  My custom entity contains notes, but when creating my email in the workflow gui, Notes, is not listed as a related entity.  I need to be able to add the notes for the custom entity to my email.


    Please advise.   Is there something I need to change in my custom entity?  I don't see Notes as an entity in the Customization web page, but is there something I need to change with this entity?
