Problem with activation on second computer RRS feed

  • I have another computer that I activated my subscription on. That computer is no longer in use. I am trying to activate Windows Live One Care on my new computer and it is not working. Message 8059 pops up when I enter the product code. I am using the original user name to log in and it is still not allowing me to activate my account. I need some help please.

    8059. The Product Key Entered is Already in Use.


    You wont be using your product key anymore since its already associated and activated with a Live ID.

    All you have to do is sign-in using the Live ID or Email address where your subscription is active.


    To check or verify which email or Live ID your subscription is associated with, log-in to https://billing.microsoft.com, sign in using all or possible email addresses you might have or used for the subscription.


    If you're unsuccessful in retrieving the correct Live ID, contact support.
