I recently had to reinstall Windows Line OneCare. It created a new ID for the computer so I removed the old ID and figured I would just continue with the new one. When I went to back-up my files I discovered that my back-up hard drive was full and I needed to delete some files but when I go to delete old versions of the back-up I get:
Cannot delete DO_NOT_DELETE.global.catalog: Access is denied
Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use.
I tried looking at the properties of the folder and trying to remove the "Read Only" check box but this did not work.
