Outlook Connectivity with ISP RRS feed

    Recently upgraded to 64 bit platforms using Vista and Windows 7 from 32 bit using XP and discovering that Outlook 2010 will not link to the ISP server with Vista or Windows 7; ERR: Invalid user ID/Password.  Outlook 2010 works fine with XP.  Reverified the setup info several times as posted on the ISP website then called the ISP Help Desk.  Their claim is it's a Microsoft problem with how security is handled in the operating system.  The same user ID/password are used for ISP internet connection and no problems connecting with either 64 or 32 bit systems.  Bottom line: Outlook 2010 is not operational with the new Vista and Windows 7 system and having to use the ISP email service.  Anyone else with this problem?
