  • Hello Friends, Please help me

    I have a custom entity and I have created a simple workflow which sends an email to the sales "user" associated with that entity. The workflow fails with an error message " The message cannot be sent to all the recipients. The email address for one or more recipient is either null r not a valid email".

    I have created another one step test workflow and tried to sends the email using the same user as the owner,  which is going out fine properly without any errors. I have also tried sending direct email from the user account and it is going fine. I wonder why it is giving that error message with that particular workflow?

    Please guys help me as I am stuck with that
