Directv has a fantastic new feature called "Connected Home" With the Mediashare component any of the receivers in the house will be able to access movies stored on the WHS box and display them on my TV. The kids will have a real hard time losing disks now!!!
My question comes when I envision a client PC storing content on the server as it records sometimes and 2-3 Directv recievers accessing movies already stored on the WHS on a more frequent basis. Will this be overloading the bandwidth of the 10/100
mps / cat5e based home network?
Thanks,
Karl
