One Care quit when updated RRS feed

    I need help with One Care.

     

    My One Care quit working last week when it auto updated

    Now I get a blank One Care screen when I click open one care. 

     

    I tried support  help, but the support stream I found says my registration # is wrong. Bullshit!

     

    One Care seems to be  No Care.

     

    Support seems hidden so no one can access it.

    If it fails to validate your subscription, select the option that you are using a trial or beta copy and you can proceed to email support without validation once you've signed in.

     

    In your case, I suggest uninstalling OneCare and reinstalling. Activate with the same LiveID you used to subscribe.
