Campaign Responses not appearing in CRM 4 RRS feed

  • We use Campaigns and Quick Campaigns in CRM 4.

    We add members to a Marketing List and distribute the campaign, which sends emails to our contacts and which all works successfully.

    - The emails sent to the contacts on the Marketing List appear as 'Campaign Activities'.
    - When the contacts respond although we receive the emails, they do Not appear as 'Campaign Responses' in the Campaign.

    We have tried to troubleshoot this issue after searching for answers, and in 'System Settings':
    - under 'Email' tab, use tracking Token is checked
    - under 'Marketing' tab, create campaign responses for incoming email is set to 'Yes'.


    Would appreciate any suggestions to get this working!

  • Check if you have setup option in Outlook -> CRM Menu -> Options -> Email tab -> Check incoming email ....

    and in the same tab in Track section if you have "E-mail messeges in responce to CRM email".

     

    Check also if your outgoing messeges have a token in title

    Fixed - It was the "Email messages in response to CRM email" that needed to be set, and it worked.
