  Hi.

  I have recently passed exam 70-433 and want to do 70-451 to gain my MCITP. According to the Microsoft Learning site, there are no training materials for this exam (http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/exam.aspx?ID=70-451&locale=en-us#tab3). I've also searched for 3rd party training books but there doesn't seem to any of those either.

  So far i'm using the "Skills Measured" tab as a guide and researching using BOL, but could anyone recommend any good learning materials out there?
