lost my windows media center production key! Please help (dad ganna kill me) RRS feed

    OMG I’m having one of them bad days where everything goes horribly wrong!
    First my computer got a massive virus and now I lost my dads production key is there anyway of getting a new one? I have no money or anything like that

    it’s a windows media center 2004. If I email Microsoft what do I say? And where what is there email address

    ALL XP Media Center licenses are OEM licenses, which means that the Product Key (PK) should be printed on the Certificate of Authenticity affixed to the case of the computer.

    Have a look all over the computer case (if a laptop, look on the bottom) for the CoA sticker and the PK is on that sticker.
