HAS FIX-IT BEEN SCREWED UP THE PAST SEVERAL DAYS?

  I had this installed on my computer prior to this past week, and it worked just fine for the most part. This past week I found suddenly fix-it didnt want to work... tried using my already installed program, system restore, the solutions download area, and totally reinstalling the entire fix-it package. Nothing has worked. All the error msgs. are of the "encountered a problem/need to close" and  "cant continue/error connecting to server", try again later ect. Its a real pain in the ass for a non-techie type like me. Whats going on here?
