My academic status cannot be verified when trying to schedule a Microsoft exam

  Hello,

  I am a student and have a school email account (@uni-sofia.bg).

  When I try to schedule a Microsoft exam I am asked for a verification that I am a student.

  As mentioned I have a school email account, however after I put my school email  and click on "Verify", I receive the error message:    "Sorry, your academic status could not be verified."

  Please let me know how to verify my student account. Thank you.

  I can provide you my student email account and details about the university.
