Why is there no message recall option for sent mails RRS feed

    after sending a mail and one realizes that there is an error in the mail there is no option to recall the mail and correct the error. why is that?...hasn't it been considered to be an option for the functionality of the mailing system.

    Dynamics CRM has a very close knit integration with Microsoft Outlook. If you install the Outlook Client and set Outlook client for sending/receiving mails in CRM, you would be able to use the Outlook features of recall and request read receipt etc.
