Critical issues - Can't change fields security profile RRS feed

  • Hi everyone,

    I m working on CRM Online.

    I'm facing a critical issue with my fields security profile.

    Since yesterday (03/17/14) I can't do any change on this profile due to SQL Error (log below).

    I face the same issue while I try to import a solution related to this profile.

    - adding a user to the profile -> SQL Error

    - retrieving a user from the profile -> SQL Error

    - deleting the profile -> SQL error

    - publishing entities related to the profile -> SQL Error

    I also tried to desactivate all the securities on the field (without publishing entities cause it crashes), so my  fields security profile is no more related to any field but I'm still  facing the SQL error issue.

  • We have the same issue logged with MS. It appears an issue with CRM 2013 UR2 (v6.0.2.43) which affects some but not all online organisations.

    We've got exactly the same issues on our on line CRM 2013 (v6.0.2.43), we logged a ticket with MS, still waiting for answers and resolutions...

  • In our instance the issue has now been resolved by MS so check again Ronny.
