Hi,I passed 6 MS exams through one week to Upgrade my mdse 2003 to MCITP:EA and then MCSA & MCSE2012.

two of my exams was not appeared on my transcript about 3 weeks after I passed them, I tried asking mcphelp@microsoft.com for assistance,but after sending two emails I've received no answer nor confirmation email.it seems that no one is checking that mail box,is it still a valid email address? is it neccessary to send email from the same account which I use to login to MCP member site? what can I do about my above mentioned 2 exams to be added to my transcript?

If the email address doesn't work for you, try callig the Regional Service Center on the telephone. I have found them very helpful when I have had to call in the past.

If you live in a different part of the world, just do an Internet search for "microsoft learning regional service center" and you should quickly find the corresponding pages.
