  • Hello there i was recently told by the Genuine Validation software to update my copy of Windows XP Professional to a genuine version. I did this by purchasing the Genuine Advantage Validation Kit online, with this it tells you to type in the product key you receive by email. I accidentaly deleted this email last week and i can not retrive it, and in turn, i cannot update my copy of Windows to a genuine version, even though i paid 90 or so pounds for it. How can i re-request another email with a new product key in? I dont have the money to get another genuine validation kit as i am a uni student, and money is tight!
