CRM Error when clicking Lookup

Hi All,
I get the following error everytime I click on a lookup in CRM 2013 and I have the system admin role. What is really confusing is that once I click ok an click the "Look up more record" everything works fine.
And I would also like to add when I am logged in the server with the account I used to install CRM I do not get that error.I have installed UR 1,2 and 3 and also SP1
Can you please help with this issue?

It's the lookup issue with Google Chrome 38.

please turn on tracing on the CRM server, perform the same operation and let us know the actual exception details. This message is too generic.

Which browser are you using? Did you try with other browsers? As Jithesh suggested, if you can give us more information that would be useful.
