  • Question

  • I had to use a system restore, cause my PC wasn't working.  After doing this, the OneCare no longer is operating.  I cannot access my Key, but my account is good through May 2010

  • Check the PC date and time. If it is incorrect, fix it and reboot. If you did a system restore to before you have OneCare, you will need to reinstall it from http://onecare.live.com and activate/subscribe using the LiveID for your subscription - you can't use the kay again anyway.

     

    If you don't recall the LiveID you used for your subscription, you will need to contact support who can provide that information to you using your Key and/or contact information.

    Alternatively, sign in at http://billing.microsoft.com with email addresses that you have set up as LiveIDs and one will show your subscription listed - that would the LiveID to use to activate with.
