Suddenly changing to different languages...

Sorry if I'm spamming the forums issues forum.
Sometimes the language (top right of screen) just changes to German, or before I had Spanish! I've never been to a forum where people are talking Spanish or the forum is Spanish and my language just changed to Spanish... (The thread was in "Where's the forum for...?")
I don't think the thread was move from a Spanish forum, because the question was still in English.

Ok. I thought they mean the same, but whatever. Than it's fine I made a 2nd thread. :)
My language just changed to French...

When going to the "Where's the forum for...?" forum, it now puts me to fr-FR for every thread (when looking at the link at the bottom). Before it was Spanish...

The word "soon" I intepret like "Please wait...". So if they will say it will take 2-3 days, they actually mean it takes 2-3 months like Naomi said.
