Vista to XP Network Driver not detected

I recently downgraded from Vista to Xp and everything came out good all but three problems. Audio, SM BUS, and Network Driver. I bugged the hell out of gateway and they gave me this website and it resolved my Audio issues

I hope someone can help me out with my network problem. I have searched the internet and tired of looking at this screen. I have a T 5062 model.
