    it will be softwares with limited capablities..

    When i went for code4bill i got an express cd of visual basic 2005

    they r MS applications that r released as individual components....like if they say Visual Studio express CD...it may contain VC++, VB or anyone of the Visual Studio components...

    they are those cd's which contain development platforms with min capabilities. they are mostly shipped as free version and are free to download from the site.
