Auto create CRM 2011 user accounts and Auto update\sync RRS feed

  • Hi, I have a requirement to Auto create user accounts in CRM our HR system. the original assumption is that HR, being the master and most upto data, would update AD and AD would then

    1: New users; Auto create CRM accounts

    2: Updates: we have alot of Grads that move roles and being the size we are alot of Promotions, job role changes etc. So have to update telephone numbers, Role titles etc.

    I believe I can cover off #2 as a first time job using Windows Service CRMservice, but ideally would want to create a job for #1 that would programatically do this, ongoing.

    any advice or guidance welcome, thankyou in advance.

    I have seen other forum pages that refence similer tasks and how to linc HR>>AD but none that covers the above situation and thought I cannot be the only person that wants to do this.
