Client using Dynamics online is looking for a way to flag activities as "year end related". This is really another field to filter on, and nothing crazy. However, in saying that, I need to figure out how to implement this. Now
I figure I could just add a field to each of the activities themselves and then filter on them as required, but I am having a brain melt on how to best implement this within Outlook when users hit track and regarding using the Outlook client.
So there is the question. How do I implement a way to "flag" and email in Outlook as "Year end related" and have that transfer to CRM?
