Free Trial to Live one care, but... RRS feed

  • Question

  •

Am I allowed to get that trial if my subscription is espire with Live One Care? I got the trial from Qwest and I installed it and it is saying it is still expired. If I was supposed to cancel my account with LIve Care how am I supposed to do that?

  • If you reinstalled OneCare and then activated with the same LiveID as your expired subscription, you are not using the Qwest LiveID to activate the free, Qwest supplied subscription.

    From the Qwest download page:

    http://kai03.qwest.com/WindowsLive/MemberCenter/DownloadOneCare.aspx

    • As part of the OneCare installation, you will see a screen that asks if you have a Windows Live ID. Answer "Yes," and then enter your Qwest Windows Live ID (for example, john_smith_123@q.com) and your password.
