If you reinstalled OneCare and then activated with the same LiveID as your expired subscription, you are not using the Qwest LiveID to activate the free, Qwest supplied subscription.

- As part of the OneCare installation, you will see a screen that asks if you have a Windows Live ID. Answer "Yes," and then enter your Qwest Windows Live ID (for example, john_smith_123@q.com) and your password.
