Domain vanished last night after creating webmaster account & submitting the sitemap RRS feed

I guess I'm confused at this stage.  Last night when I created the webmaster tools account the system showed my site with a low ranking.  It also showed the links into the site, and indicated it was last indexed three months ago.  I proceeded to setup the account, placed the liveauth xml file in the root and continued about my evening.

Today I logged in to find "Data not available" when referencing my site in the webmaster.live page.  The lone search term that worked to find the lone page MSN had ever indexed now no longer works.  If I enter the actual site name I now get zero, it can't even find it with the .com at the end.

The site has been online for 18+ months, we sell tangible marketing items to corporate clients.  There are hundreds of pages indexed by the other engines.

About 920 tonight I see that the liveauth xml file received a hit presumably from MSN.  Concurrently I placed a Microsoft AdCenter add which fires back to our site.

I guess I'm puzzled.  Where did our site go, why has MSN failed to index even the most basic site?  Our site is identical to the author name with .com at the end.

    Thanks

  • Hi Promo,

I'm just trying to clear unanswered posts. I'm assuming this is not an issue anymore. If it is, please let me know.

    Thanks,

  • I should add we have an active campaing pointing to www.promomanagers.com as of this evening through MS AdCenter.  I wonder if the new system boots sites if sitemaps are accidentally submitted more than one time?  Reviewing the actual IIS logs, two different IPs have pulled the liveauthor xml validation file a total of 4 times in six hours.  The control panel is still showing "data not available."

I'm hoping someone can take a peak, we had planned on doing some significant advertisement early next week but I can't see doing it if customers can't find us through Live.com.   Google has listed products without incident.
