    Can you try this. 

    You need to download the Windows 10 media creation tool. 

    From Windows 10. (Only on Windows 10)

    Launch Google Chrome browser.

    Do a google search.

    Windows 10 media creation tool. 

    From the web page download of Windows 10 Media Creation Tool. 

    Click on Download the tool now.

    After downloading the Media Creation Tool. Windows Defender will prompt whether the program can access. Just select allow. 

    Before creating the ISO of the file call your Tech Support What Windows 10 language are being use for your computer. English or English International. 

    Then Launch the Media Creation tool.

    Create the ISO for your Windows 10. According to your language. Select x64 for 64 bit version. Make sure you know what version you are using.

    Once your download is completed.

    Then follow the steps below from this link to fix the problems with your DISM. 






    Read the link above and follow the steps. 

    Doing the command below with CMD run as administrator.

    dism /Get-WimInfo /WimFile:X:sourcesinstall.wim


    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:WIM:X:sourcesinstall.wim:IndexNumber /LimitAccess

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /AnalyzeComponentStore

    Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup

    Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup /ResetBase

    You have to take note where the index file is located and which driver to do the dism source install.

    Make sure you read the link to understand fully and do not blindly cut and paste the command above. 

    Launch File explorer. Mount the windows 10 iso (right button click to mount the windows 10 iso and go to sources folder) which you have created with the Media Creation Tool earlier on. 

    Then follow from the methods above.

    Once you follow the steps accordingly. 

    Once it completed. 

    cmd run as administrator and sfc /scannow. 

    Once it is completed don't forget to Unmount the ISO file. Select Eject. By right mouse button click.

    Restart Windows 10 and try to run the Windows 10 update again. 

    I hope that will solve your problems with DISM. 


    You can also use a program call Rufus. To download the Windows 10 newer and previous build iso with Rufus program.


    Download Rufus. 


    Run Rufus. Select ISO. Pull down the menu on the next option to download. And click Download. 

    See the steps from the above link. 

    The last option from Rufus check put a tick on download the iso with the web browser. 

    Let it download the Windows 10 iso according What Windows 10 are you using on your computer.
