Dynamics 365 (on-premise): Unable to use "Email 2" in new Emails RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I have a strange email-issue:
    I have Account#1 and Account#2 that both have "Email" and "Email 2" set.
    When I create a new email on Account#1 and type in the address for its Email2, the address won't resolve to Account:

    The email will be sent successfully and when I answer it back, it finds Account#1.
    The strange thing is that if I create a email on Account#2 and type in its Email 2, CRM resolves this address to the Account...!
    This also means that it is using its primary Email instead of Email 2.
    Anyone experienced this?
