vista keeps tell me it's not genuine RRS feed

  • I have followed all available info and it still happens at least twice a day.Now it says genuine but keeps telling me it's not genuine and my anti-virus shuts off because of it.

    There's no obvious problems with your report - I suspect that what you're seeing is the result of a 'race condition' where two programs fight over possession of a file.
    These race conditions are almost impossible to troubleshoot, unless there's traces of them in the Event Viewer - but tend to disappear as quickly as they appear. Most seem to be related to the Anti-Virus in use, so either checking that it's properly updated, or changing it for an alternative may work.

    1) I can see nothing wrong with your report

    2) You say that your AV shuts down at the same time as the notification comes up?

    If that's the case, which A is it? The only one which may show similar signs is MSE - which doesn't actually shut down, but may start a 30-day countdown to correct the problem before it does actually shut down.

    If your AV is anything other than MSE, then you almost certainly have some serious malware present
