CRM 4.0 picklists will not work until I refresh the page RRS feed

  • I am using MS CRM 4.0 in IE9 through Citrix XenApp which was setup by our technical department. Whenever I open an account or a contact, all picklists on the landing page will not work, but as soon as I click on "more addresses" in the left hand menu and then go back to the "information" page, everything works fine. Any ideas what could cause this and how to fix it?
