No mail send when closing opportunity RRS feed

  • Hey,

    In the past a e-mail was send to a couple of people when an account managers closed an opportunity. But now it does not work anymore. I tried things but nothing works. Anyone know what the problem is?

  • Hi,

    You might have had a workflow that was sending the email when the status of the opportunity record was changed. Possible causes why it stopped working.

    1- You accidently un-published the workflow. Re-Publish the workflow and the system will restart sending emails.
    2- The MS CRM Async service is stopped. Re-start the Async service.
    3- The Email Router is not working or  the configuration between the MS CRM Server and the Exchange server is down. Re-configure the link and the sysem will start sending the emails.
