Redirect by time to different mobile phones RRS feed

  • Hello

    Is there a soloution to redîrect an incoming call to different phone numbers (mobile phone). Example an income call to a support-nummer must redirect from 1am to 6am to Number A and from 6.01 am to 12 am to phone number B.

  • If this is for something like a support desk scenario you could do this with a response group and the schedule (in RSG config).  The trick with that is you can't directly add an outside contact number to a response group.  To work around it I've created forwarding accounts with EV Extensions, logged into that account with MOC and set forwarding there.  Not very pretty but it works.
