Any more Live Mesh updates coming?

Question

Just curious if any more Live Mesh updates are expected or if this is it. It just seems like a long with without one and without hearing from the development team.
Are you guys still out there?

LOL! I haven't left, but then I'm a fellow user, not Microsoft. I am aware of work going on with Live Mesh for the next version, but that's all that I can say. If you poke around there are many rumors floating about regarding the next release of the Windows Live services and applications, known as Wave 4. And, Live Mesh is reported to be part of this release.-steve

More than rumours :P

The Live Mesh team have been working on moving it over to replace/merge with Live Sync. The version number on the leaked version is several builds above the current Live Mesh one, so hopefully this long wait has not only been 'merging' updates, but performance and functionality ones as well.

ShadowXVII | http://www.shadowsplace.netNow this is interesting because a few months ago when I was looking at Live Sync, I asked myself, Why would people want to use this if Live Mesh could do way more.
Heh, seems Microsoft thought the same way.
