  • I just updated the WLOC, going through setting up the backup I finally get finished and I get: Windows Live One Care has encounter and error and will close.  What is this about?  I still haven't received the fix for the first problem where it just stops running, I still have to reboot then run the CaclsDeleteDB file as the admin.  Can you tell me when that is going to be fixed?  This is crazy that we get problems before other problems have been fix.  I am to the point I HATE this program and Microsoft does't care enough to correct it after they get your money.  I have an open case but haven't had a response form support since September 19, 2007.  Is there not anyone that can fix this?

  • Why do you have to run the utility to delete the database?

    And can you post the case ID of your old case?
