installing wireless printer

Question

Hello, we recently moved. When i tried to print something i was informed that my computer could not find the printer. When i tried to reinstall the wireless printer , the printer is asking for the wpa/wep address. I can't recall having to enter this when i first installed the printer. If i did i don't remember. I have no idea where to find this information. Please help!!!
Thank You,
Dennis

Hello,
I'd ask the printer manufacturer, or in the Windows forum on Microsoft Community.

Hi Dennis,
Since you have moved recently (assuming that you have moved to a new house), you wireless network has probably changed.
Your wireless printer is probably not connected to this wireless network yet, hence its asking for the new Wireless SSID and WPA/WPE Network key for that new Wireless Network.
If your computer/laptop is already connected to the WiFi you should already know the WiFi details.
Enter the Wireless Network Name (SSID) and WPA/WPE key (WiFI Password) on the printer and restart the printer before you try to re-install it.
Let us know, how it goes.
